2008 Registration
Registration Dates
Regular registration for this season has ended, however some openings are still available. If you would like to register your child for soccer, please send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with your chhild's name and birth date to the address below. We will send you a registration form.

Requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis therefore we cannot give information on whether there are openings in a particular age group until we receive your registration form. Any parents whose children are placed on a waiting list will be given a choice to remain on the list or to receive a refund.
Registration Fees
Your Child's age is determined as of July 31, 2008.
- U-6 and U-8 (ages 5-7) - $35.00
- U-10 and U-12 (ages 8-11) - $40.00
- U-14 and up (ages 12-18) - $45.00
Late Fees
There is a $10 late fee assessed per player registered after January 22, 2008. This late fee covers special equipment orders and roster changes. There is no guarantee that a place on a team will be available for players registering late.

Notes to parents:
- Make checks payable to: Green Bay Strikers.
- All NSF charges will be collected.
- NO REFUNDS
- New players MUST bring a birth or baptismal certificate to verify their age.
- Hmong and Hispanic translators will be available.
Though registration for the 2008 season has concluded, it is not too early to begin planning for 2009. If your child did not play this year and you would like them to be put on the mailing list for next season please complete the waiting list form below. We will send you the 2008 Registration Newsletter in January, 2009.
Those children who participated in the 2007 season will receive the newsletter automatically. If your child played this year, you do not need to place them on the mailing list using the form below.
